		<description>Definitely not an ass.  I know nothing of the domain language for this stuff, and I&#039;d appreciate any schooling you can offer.

It&#039;s only fastened at the top and the bottom.  I think I can just drill the hole a little bigger and have some play to get it just how i like it.  It&#039;s not load bearing, so it should stay put.

In order to deal with the maddening overhang, perhaps a lead wall anchor and (more) adjustable screw fastening system is in order.
